Questions
Do I need an account to use the app?
Not to start. The practice tools, the first four lessons and the 27 Play Along songs work with no account at all, saved in your browser. A free account opens the other lessons and the learning paths, syncs your progress across devices and adds the social features.
What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
Nothing is deleted. You'll drop back to the Free plan's limits at the end of your current billing period — all your progress, achievements, and saved files stay exactly as they are.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from the billing portal — changes take effect at your next renewal.
Is the Playable Staff one of the instruments I have to choose?
No — the staff is free for everyone, with or without an account, and nothing about it is metered. It's a reading tool rather than an instrument: notes on a staff you can press. Depending on the layout it hangs a stylophone keyboard under the staff or sets a pad grid beside it, and as it stands those come with it.
